With the government focused on reducing expenses it is more important than ever to focus on retaining business. Most importantly, companies should be educating their current customer on the importance and success of their programs. A successful "education campaign" should be part of everyone's business plan.

Now is the time to spend time with the executive agents charged with oversight of your program. People seldom reduce funding on programs they are knowledgeable about.
