New regulations and budget cuts always lead to new business.

Every contest always has a winner...and a loser—the key is positioning yourself to be on the winning side.

With the rapidly changing environment in Washington DC, organizations have to ensure they are keeping up with the latest regulations and budget re-structuring so they are positioned to take advantage of changes to programs and agencies.

One example is the US Army starting to measure emissions on its vehicles. While this may present problems for vehicle manufacturers, it is a new business opportunity for an organization who measures/tests emissions.

Being on the winning side means knowing this information in advance and being in a position to be the first to act on it.
