Gen Fraser, SOUTHCOM Commander; "I'm a combatant commander--I can always use more ISR."

At a recent breakfast Gen Fraser said that only 1/3 of all drug trafficking is stopped.

US Southern Command and its partners lack the maritime assets needed to stop the traffickers they track. To achieve its mission of helping to halt transnational organized crime, SOUTHCOM's commander Gen.
