Senior Vice President

A political and technical expert in the energy and environment field, Anna advises leading corporations, trade associations, and non-profit organizations on the federal legislative and regulatory processes and develops legislative and executive branch strategies around complex policy matters to advance clients’ policy goals.  

Anna served as Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works under Senators James M. Inhofe (R-OK) and David Vitter (R-LA). During her time in the Senate, Anna developed policy initiatives and legislation on Committee issues including Clean Air Act requirements, nuclear energy, surface transportation, climate change, and the Renewable Fuel Standard. Anna previously served as Environment Director of Regulatory and Technical Affairs at the American Chemistry Council, engaging EPA technical staff on NESHAP, RTR, and MACT standards, and Senior Government Affairs Advisor at Bracewell LLP, representing clients in the energy, environment, and healthcare industries. 

Anna received her Master of Health Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity University of Texas.
