Kaitlyn Dries is a Legislative Assistant at Cassidy & Associates, focusing on healthcare, transportation and infrastructure, and higher education policy. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Kaitlyn served as a policy intern, supporting a range of client initiatives and developing a strong command of the legislative process.

Before rejoining Cassidy, Kaitlyn worked at Health and Medicine Counsel, where she provided advocacy and policy support on behalf of nonprofit healthcare organizations. She also interned in the Washington, D.C. office of her hometown member of Congress, gaining firsthand experience in constituent services and federal policymaking.

A native of Peoria, Illinois, Kaitlyn earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a concentration in Public Policy and Democratic Institutions, from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
